Wear your PK Wristband as a reminder! Give a PK Karma Wristband to each person you help in any way. Always remember that it is a choice to make it a good day for you and others. The choice comes from within you. Choose to smile, be kind and help others to do the same. What goes around, comes around… that’s called good karma!
Want to start a fun projekt at your school? Bullying is a problem across the nation so now it's your chance to help change the mindset of those around you. This is how it works… You or your Karma Klub can promote the importance of random acts of kindness and compassion. Every positive action creates another whether the act is big or small. Every time a teacher (or school administrator) witnesses a student/person that goes out of his/her way to be kind, that person will earn a KARMA . Give it. Get it. Wristband! This a is wonderful way to reward people who care about making their community better.
The wristbands are fun to wear and a conversation starter. Before you know it, you will create a ripple effect as others will want to wear a wristband every day too. Don't forget to offer your wristband to others that want to help with the movement.

There are many benefits to helping others and paying it forward. Ever wonder why it feels good to help others? There is research to back it up.
Helping others makes you happier scientists aren’t sure why but believe that somehow it’s in our DNA to want to help. Humans wouldn’t have survived over time without community help. And so it’s possible that helping others is hard wired into by giving us pleasure and happiness. We need to remind ourselves to tap into our good karma. What’s interesting is that studies have found that it doesn’t take a huge effort to boost happiness, that small acts of kindness done every day do the trick.
The abundance of research shows that acts of kindness improves our health and well-being so one of the best things we can do is make a conscience descion everday to reach out to Give it. Get it. Let’s teach our youth to make this type of lifestyle a priority.
